IELTS SPEAKING

A visit to Kuala Lumpur Bird Park

After a hectic month of Japanese studies, I fulfilled my promise to Koji, one of my Japanese friends, as an one-day-tour-guide! :) I decided to go bird park with him since he is a die-hard nature lover! KL bird park is hidden in the serene and beautiful Lake Garden. Haha fyi, Lake garden is quite big la. But it's pretty easily accessible through public transport. We first took train to KL Sentral station and then took cab to the Bird Park. Cost about RM12 for taxi fare.

Bird park is best visited in the early morning ( I guess most of the places are best visited in the morning isn't it, where there is no sunlight muahaha *typical sunlight phobia* XD We went there at afternoon, and of course the sun welcomed us by shining brilliantly...;) Remember to bring along ur ic because Malaysians' entrance tickets are 15 bucks cheaper than foreigners!

Frankly speaking, I'm not a fan of watching birds but the bird park is done quite well I think! Ample space surrounded by the greens, and the animals all look very happy and friendly, in which they tend to approach the visitors themselves without fear! I was scared by them somehow as they fearlessly walked nearer and nearer to my phone camera when I attempted to take their photo.. Can imagine or not -_-

Neh this one KEEP COMING NEARER AND NEARER

Thumbs up for you if you can spot a PEACOCK in this photo :)

There were lots of kids running down the street having fun with the birdies.. Oh ya! Mind you, KL Bird Park is claimed as the world's largest free-flight walk in aviary... which means the birds are let free in the aviary which resembles their natural habitats. Now I know why the animals there look so active and lively! :D Walking down the street you can see peacocks and unknown birds roaming around haha. Very cute in a way.

Lai touch lai~

Hi birdie~;)

Somewhere filled with PARROTS lol all of a sudden they stopped on my shoulder >.<

I was very scared actually, eh a little pain leh standing on my head =.=

HAHA oh no MR.BIRDIES! There were one on my head and one on my shoulder and another one on my back!!! SO I HAD THIS FACE!!

Gonna end this post with Mr.Koji and me! ^^v

Tips for those who are interested to go! Going to bird park requires a lot of walking! Plus the weather is really hot. Remember to fill your stomach before heading to birdie park!!! Oh ya, there were bird shows at certain time which were staged in the Amphitheatre! Education centre and incubation complex are there too! Quite interesting anyway ^_^ We were soooooo exhausted after spending about two hours plus there. Ok la me only :P Koji was still very energetic but I was K.O-ed by the weather D; So I refused to have second round and went home straight!

So that's all about my bird talk. HAHAH CIAO!

memories.

There was one night, I was being asked about a very sensitive question. "What is the biggest personal changes you have ever made?" The first thought in my mind is, how I pull myself up from being morally degenerating during form2... Speaking of this, let's way back to four years ago.

During form2, what kind of person was I? Depraved, played truant occasionally, being irrespectful to the teachers, broke the rules, being controlled by self-ego... I mingled with bad friends, stayed overnight at friend's house w/out parents' permission (which is a big NO-NO to my dad). For all the time my mom was worried that I might get tempted into doing vices, and of course she was being conservative, afraid that I might become the victim mentioned in newspaper, which was getting pregnant. Okay I gave her this particular face =.= I hate it every time she mentioned about pregnancy because it just showed how much she doubt on me. She tried to talk to me but I replied her with rude words. She heard something bad about me from other parents and asked me about it. "Don't talk to me if you'd rather believe the outsiders. Stop talking." Yes I throw this sentence to mama. I could see the disappointed look in her eyes but I just didn't give a shit about it. Yes I was THIS REBELLIOUS. I wonder how hurt she was to hear this.

My mom talked to me, my sis talked to me, but I didn't want to listen to them. I hated my family. Until the day where I get caught by dad for ponteng sekolah.... dad told me how disappointed he was, on the phone. At that moment, I wanna leave this home badly. I wanna be isolated. I actually got no gut to face my family. Ashamed of what I have done. But dad didn't scold me face-to-face the next day after the incident, he didn't question about it, never mentioned.... Just treat me better instead.

And I can't really remember why I resolved to turn over a new leaf. I broke up with samseng boyfriend, started to pay attention in class, began to study hard, attended tuition classes to cope with studies... I didn't know I could make such changes. But I never regretted for what I have done in the past. The experiences accrued bring me wisdom instead. And I'm able to speak the truth fearlessly now because I am no longer depraved. :D

And it's the tenacity that makes me who I am today.

Mama and papa are proud of the Heng Zhi Sam today. ^^

Ibaraki High School B&S Program

I used to be so active in blogging! I need to blog more!! Too much happenings in these two months. So let's talk about some interesting one. My tour guiding job maybe? ;)

I took up a tour guide job for Japanese students last week. This was my second time joining this program. My first time was during last year March, can check out old photos at fb album, the students were from Osaka, Japan. This year, we had another bunch of students from Ibaraki, Japan. It's quite a big city next to Tokyo. And again, I got an all-male-group again! But it turned out to be a very very happy and joyful day with them ;) Maybe it's because that my Japanese proficiency got improved, I'm able to talk more with them, so yeah we break the ice very easily! :)

So basically, my tour guiding job wasn't tough, but for me, kind of got no sense of direction, was a little challenging if you want me to bring a group of people myself. Soo I wasn't alone while tour guiding, I got allocated with another buddy bringing another group of students and walked together around KL city.

We had suggested itinerary to follow, but being able to communicate with the students, we changed some of the destinations. So we went from Klcc, to central market, china town, then bukit bintang streets and back to Klcc again. On that day itself only I found out that some of the tour guides can't speak or understand Japanese at all. And they were so delightful to find out that I can speak. So I become a translator! You know what, I felt really really touched that the Japanese students could understand what I was trying to say. And I understood their replies too T____T All the effort I put in these three years is just worth it. This satisfying feeling is a whole lot better than the feeling of getting straight A's in exam whatsoever. T____T

Every time when something goes well and smooth, I tell myself it's my luck. And deep from the bottom of my heart, I'm so grateful of it. My bunch of students were so friendly and kind to me, they listened to my suggestions and agreed with anything I planned for them. They wanna buy something for me, apparel or souvenirs, but as I have seen all these Malaysia stuffs for more than hundred times, so I told them its okay haha :P At the end of the day, I wrote them postcards and dropped some messages for them! Some of them who have fb have added me as friends, while some contact me via LINE, and one of them send me email too! We are still chatting until today! I'm so happy!!! ^___^ I miss them lots!

Time

Time heals all wounds. Do you agree? I really do agree with this. I have a feeling of getting better and better. I don't need to rely on anyone now.. Just living the life I want, do the things I want to do, having supportive family.. That's where my happiness comes from. :)

Hmm anyway the one whom I asked him to plunge into the septic tank if he ever regretted for letting me go.. He came back yo. I meant he realized he was wrong and started to bullshit again! Awesome as hell. I salute to you ok??

Oh ya I found "Royce" store at Mid Valley!!! :D tasty chocolate!! I bought it for people but I never tasted it before ;( they said very yummy?

Stay tuned for my next outing session with my flowers! (⌒▽⌒)

Love me, love my dog.

Last night, I managed to have an one-hour-nap before I woke up at midnight to watch my favorite badminton team, Koo Kien Keat and Tan Boon Heong. I'm not a badminton freak nor good in badminton, I just love to watch badminton matches especially theirs. I can never miss one of their matches especially live broadcast! They didn't win the game anyway. Some of the supporters condemned them, while some still remained standing up for them wholeheartedly, unconditionally. I was kind of disappointed as I didn't see them trying their utmost to play, perhaps it was just one of their strategies so that they can avoid Indonesia pairs later on. Or something ;) Aiyo no matter win or lose I still love their sporting spirit! Hahahaha.

Recently I have came across a blog owned by a blogger called Cheesie. And her blog title which is "Cheeserland" makes me misunderstood that her blog is mainly about FOOD, especially CHEESE. LOL. So basically its just not about food, she wrote something more than that. Few years back her style didn't manage to catch my eyes... but now, after reading her blog for quite some time, I get some different feeling from her. It's not something that could be seen, but palpable. I discovered the inborn passion over Japan in me. It's not really a huge dream but something I want, I guess. There are so much differences between Malaysian and Japanese, especially after stepping into the Japanese culture. I want something that is really kind, polite, generous and sincere from the outside world.. But it seems like I can only get this kind of satisfaction when I'm dwelling with Japanese people, speaking in Japanese. And of course I'm born to eat Japanese food LOL!!!! Basically I love sushi, who doesn't anyway? :3 I love how unique Japanese language is, how cute their stuffs are(I know goods from Japan are expensive but their quality definitely worth the price), how polite they behave, how beautiful their make-ups are, and how wonderful the place is, etc. Don't ask me why because I'd like to answer, EVERYTHING!!!! <3 before I die, I wanna travel to Japan, if possible, can I just marry a Japanese man so that I can stay there forever hahahahahahaha. *dream big*

Lastly, introducing an idiom - Love me, love my dog. It simply means 爱屋及乌 in Chinese. If you really love a person, please make sure that you will love anything and anyone that she loves before you say you love her. Otherwise, you DON'T deserve even an one-second-time to love her. Hahaha. I'm not being mean okay ;)

One day, I asked my friend what's the most important qualification to be your husband. One of them said "He must be rich." Another said "He must be buff enough." When they asked me back, I said, "He must be able to carry me like a princess!" *like the photo below*
They booed me cuz it's SO easy as they said.

Easy meh? How if my future boyfriend is short and tiny like me? =P

Japanese. And me.

Recently I have stopped my Japanese language class for the sake of muet preparation. Perhaps the saying "Absence makes the heart grow fonder" aptly describes my situation now, I miss Japanese class so damn much. I miss speaking in Japanese, writing in Japanese and thinking in Japanese. So Japanish now lol. Sometimes I even feel like my passion over Japanese language has taken over that of science field. I told my mom I wanna be a translator. A Japanese-English translator. My mom wanted me to pursue my interest and she asked me to do some survey about it. I was kinda excited to think about it as I knew I'd face much lesser stress in language field. Certain amount of stress is good, but overwhelming of them makes me feel like committing suicide. No kidding. That's one of the reasons I chose MPharm over BPharm as the former's syllabus seems less stressful. Yes whatever other people say about me but I just wanna enjoy life and do the things I want when I still can!!! Life is short!! I'm just freaking 19 years old.. Life is just not merely about studying studying and studying! Perhaps the sudden death of the people around me has inspired me to have this thought... So yeah, 珍惜当下!;') ohhh back to topic, I mean back to reality, being a translator might have unstable salary and I might not be able to stay at Malaysia so often since I will be majoring in Japanese. Due to my nostalgic personality and the urge to fulfill my promise of taking care of my puppy, I've given up on this fancy dream again. (~_~;)

I left 4 months+ to do the things I want.. Have lots of plans for the upcoming days after muet...:D who said my holiday is long? I feel short instead! I wanna curl my hair permanently! I have no idea why most of my friends discourage me to do that, although they said the curls I made myself is nice :< and I'm thinking of coloring my hair hehehe.

AHHHHHH I want some changes. (^-^)

One thing is, I'm really thankful of having a supportive family that mentally and financially encourage me to pursue my passion. ;') like recently I'm keen on cooking/baking, mom will just drive out and get all the ingredients I need.. like I plan to continue my Japanese studies to advanced level, my family just never uttered a word of discouragement, for it might not be useful in my future career but just a self-enriching pastime. Even myself feel that I've been spending so much in doing all these. Being grateful to have you all, love ma family :')

People in ur life.

Sometimes it's really easy to forget how fortunate are we to have people to help us out whenever there's problem.. Our take-for-granted attitude is exposed so easily. When people is extremely kind to you, it doesn't mean that you can take an advantage on them :/ it simply means that people respect you and want you to treat them in the same way. Still... people can be unfathomable and cunning, always try to make a fortune out of you. It's kind of sad to know that ur just some kind of stepping stones to somebody whom u treated as true friend.. But what can I do? The only way I can do is, be kind to them as usual cuz how people treat you is their karma, how you react is yours, always remember that!

*************************
Seeing us leading our own lives finely without each other, I have a little mixed feelings =') I choose not to befriend with you nor giving you another chance simply because I know that things couldn't work out on us anymore.. So yeah, may we end up with a better and happier ending in our own ways =')
